Work of the Subdivision Task Force
In 2018, the Mayor and the Board of Trustees formed a ‘Subdivision and Land Use Committee’ to review and, as appropriate, propose revisions to The Village of Sea Cliff Code, regarding procedures and substantive provisions contained in the various land use, building and zoning chapters in the Code. The results can be found here:
