            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Place:             Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:          Application of Joseph Marra, 68 Franklin Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, to permit an emergency generator to be located less than 30 feet from a habitable structure, where Village Code §138-516 provides that a generator must be at least 30 feet from such structure.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 98, Lot 12 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Michael Fitzsimmons, 17 Littleworth Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, to maintain a deck one (1) foot from a rear property line, where Village Code §138-516 provides that an accessory structure must be at least 5 feet from a rear property line.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 145, Lot 46 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map

 

Application of Daniel and Barbara Pess, 225-227 Carpenter Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York to permit an emergency generator to be located 2 feet from a side property line, where Village Code §138-516 provides that a generator must be at least 10 feet from a side property line.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 94, Lot 7 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Anthony and Kristy Joseph, 69 Downing Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, to maintain a shed in a front yard, where Village Code §138-616 prohibits an accessory structure in a front yard.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lot 598 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

Continued Applications:

Application of Rosemarie and Martin Foley, 278 Glen Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, to construct air conditioning equipment in a front yard, where Village Code §138-416 provides that no accessory structure may be constructed in a front yard. Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 165, Lot 87 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

Application of PMG Northeast, LLC c/o Blue Hills Fuels LLC, 700 Glen Cove Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for a renewal of a special use permit pursuant to Village Code §138-902.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lots 79-84 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

            At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
