Subject: Application of Kirk and Barbara Manogue, 159 Maple Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for a fence permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to permit a 5 to 8 foot high fence (a) in a front yard, where a fence in a front yard in excess of 4 feet, and (b) within 15 feet of a curb cut, where a fence within 15 feet of a curb cut in excess of 3 feet in height, requires a fence permit pursuant to Chapter 64.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 141, Lot 1057 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Dawn Ribadeneyra, 95 Glenlawn Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to permit a new curb cut and reconfigure a driveway.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 30-1, Lot 507 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Jeremy and Nicole Ecker, 30 Woodridge Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to modify a curb cut and driveway configuration.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 40 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Philip and Aimee Schiff, 3 Park Place, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to permit a swimming pool and associated improvements, and for a fence permit pursuant to Chapter 64, to permit a 5 foot high fountain wall.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 158, Lots 989-991, 1002 and 1003 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
