1. [Continued] Philip and Michele O’Hara, 127 17th Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107 to build a parking area.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 153, Lot 155 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

2. [Continued] Lindsey Berger,37 Woodridge Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a 16 by 36 foot swimming pool.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 95 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

3. Victoria and Hank Bjorklund, 24 Cliff Way, Sea Cliff, New York, for amendment of site plan approval pursuant to Village Code 107 to stabilize and remediate the cliff and repair a collapsed wall.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 197, Lot 248 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

4. Bradley Panetta, 297 8th Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for a wall permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to permit a 9 foot high wall.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 127, Lot 26 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

5. William M. Reidy, 12 Woodridge Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, to remove a deck and construct a raised patio, outdoor kitchen and related improvements, which construction requires site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, in that there is a substantial change in grade.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 56 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
