            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Place:             Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:          Application of Julian Vinocur, 34 Club Road, Sea Cliff, New York, pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64 for approval to permit a 6 foot high fence in various locations on the premises. Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 67, Lot 44 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Robert Rivosecchi, 2 Foster Place, Sea Cliff, New York, pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to permit a wall up to 6.5 feet in height.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 197, 123 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Timothy Schenck and Jennifer Gerrity, 148 Main Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to maintain driveway and curb cut modifications.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 177, Lot 1791 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Campground Beer Market, Inc., as tenant, and Mittersill Realty, LLC, as owner, 208 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to modify the existing ingress and egress, and for a determination of the number of parking stalls required for the proposed use, in accordance with Village Code §138-1002(S).  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 134, Lot 2 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Charles Bennett, 141 Glenlawn Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for a fence permit to install a 5.5 foot high gate in a front yard, and across the driveway, where Planning Board approval is required under Chapter 64 for fencing within 15 feet of a curb cut that is in excess of 3 feet in height.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 109, Lot 7 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
