PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Place:              Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:           Application of Maximo Buschfrers, 174 15th Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval (a) pursuant to Chapter 107 for site plan approval to construct an addition to a parking area, and (b) pursuant to Chapter 64, to permit a retaining wall with a height of 11.9 feet and a 3 foot high railing, where a retaining wall in excess of four (4) feet in height requires approval by the Planning Board.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block F, Lot 729 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Maximo Buschfrers, 2 Finch Way, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 107 for site plan approval to pave a portion of Finch Way and pave a driveway.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 157 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of James Buhager and Howard Taub, 40 Park Way, Sea Cliff, New York, and the Village of Sea Cliff, for approval (a) pursuant to Chapter 64 for approval to permit a wall, 13.7 feet in height at its peak and 4.1 feet apart, and (b) pursuant to Chapter 107 for site plan approval to permit an increase in the curb cut area and increase in the parking area, at the corner of Park Way and The Drive.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 120, Lot 109 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of BASC, LLC, 34 Bay Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, and the Village of Sea Cliff, to permit a new bulkhead at 34 Bay Avenue and at 18th Avenue, which requires (a) a permit pursuant to Chapter 64, to permit a wall in excess of 4 feet in height, and (b) site plan approval pursuant to Chapter 107, to permit the bulkhead and removal of fill from the 34 Bay Avenue premises.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block F, 1952 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map and 18th Avenue.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
