PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

 

Agency:           Planning Board, Village of Sea Cliff

Date:               October 13, 2021

Time:               7:00 pm

Place:              Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:           Application of Keith Esernio, 371 Carpenter Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 64 to install a four (4) foot high fence within fifteen (15) feet of a curb cut and a six (6) foot high arbor gateway in a front yard.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 58, Lot 20 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Brooke Primont and Nini Camps, 9 Tanglewood Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 107, to expand a driveway.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M-3, Lot 115 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Ryden Rizzo, 335 Prospect Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 107, to construct a recreation area, which results in a substantial change in topography, and Chapter 64, to construct a seven (7) foot high retaining wall.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lots 137 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Christopher Doran, 6 Bay Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 107, to construct  new bulkhead, upland retaining walls and related improvements, and Chapter 64, to construct new bulkhead and upland retaining walls, including protective fencing, at a height in excess of 4 feet.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block F, Lot 90 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
