PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

 

Agency:           Planning Board, Village of Sea Cliff

Date:               September 8, 2021

Time:               7:00 pm

Place:              Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:           Application of David Rodriguez and Lauren Aaronson, 207 Prospect Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 64 to install a six (6) foot high fence on top of a four (4) foot high wall, for a total height of ten (10) feet, and pursuant to Chapter 107 for site plan approval to rebuild a detached front yard garage with a flat roof deck and modify an existing curb cut and driveway.   Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 160, Lot 49 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Terri Langone, 92 Ransom Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 64 to install a six (6) foot high fence, and to install a four (4) foot high fence within fifteen (15) feet of a curb cut.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 30-1, Lot 526 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of David Green, 21 Leonard Place, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 107 for site plan approval to pave an existing shared private right-of-way.  Premises are located at 15, 17, 21 and 28 Leonard Place and 31 and 33 Ransom Avenue, Sea Cliff, and are designated respectively as Section 21, Block 95, Lots 333, 322, 318, 110, 211 and 311 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Maximo Buschfrers, 2 Finch Way, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 107 for site plan approval to pave a portion of Finch Way and pave a driveway.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 157 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
