Application of Javier Centeno, 11 Raymond Court, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to maintain a driveway widening.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 30-I, Lot 516 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

Application of Jeffrey Ciullo, 45 19th Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a 2 story addition and open porch, and to expand a driveway.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 161, Lots 900 and 901 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

Application of Catana Weinbrown, 168 Dubois Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a swimming pool and associated improvements.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 58, Lot 25 on the Nassau County Land Tax Map.

Application of Jeremy and Nicole Ecker, 30 Woodridge Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to demolish an existing home, construct a new home, install a swimming pool and construct associated improvements.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 40 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

Application of Lori and John Sylvester, 321 Carpenter Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for a permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to install 6 foot high PVC fencing running from the dwelling to the easterly property line and continuing along the easterly property line and a portion of the southerly property line, and a 4 foot high PVC fence along the easterly property line and within 15 feet of a curb cut.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 49, Lot 5 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

Application of Jennifer and Fabrizio Zustovich, 144 12th Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for  site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to expand and a driveway and add a curb cut, and for a permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to install a six (6) foot high PVC fence.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 135, Lot 35 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

The meeting and public hearings shall take place at Village Hall, unless permitted to take place by teleconference or videoconference, in accordance with Governor Cuomo’s orders issued on account of public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19.  If the meeting and the public hearings take place via teleconferencing and videoconferencing through Zoom, the meeting will be recorded and a transcription will be provided at a later date.

Whether the meeting will take place in-person or through Zoom will be posted on the Village website, under the calendar link for the Planning Board meeting.  Please continue to visit the Village website until May 11, 2021, for information on whether the hearing will be held in person or through Zoom.

Plans and other materials associated with the application may be reviewed and downloaded at www.seacliff-ny.gov.

            Through Zoom, the public will have the opportunity to see and hear the meeting and hearings live.  Any interested member of the public may provide public comments by following the procedure herein. 

If the meeting is in person, comments must be submitted by email prior to the meeting, at planningboard@seacliff-ny.gov, by mail for receipt not later than 3:00pm on May 11, 2021 , or made in person at the hearing.  If the meeting is held in person, the Board may render a decision on any hearing, after closing the hearing.

If the meeting is held by Zoom, the Board will accept and consider public comments submitted by email no later than 4:00pm on May 14, 2021.  Such public comments are to be submitted to planningboard@seacliff-ny.gov.  Public comments must identify the application to which the comments apply.

            If the meeting is held by Zoom, the Board will consider applications and may make final decisions at a meeting that will be scheduled to be held not less than six (6) days after the conclusion of a public hearing on an application held by videoconference.  Prior to rendering a determination, the Board will consider all timely submitted documents.
