325 Committee Informational Meeting
The Village of Sea Cliff recently acquired the former Sea Cliff Water Company property located at 325 Prospect Avenue. Mayor Villafane has put together a core committee (the "325 Committee") to get assistance in obtaining input from Sea Cliff residents as to the potential public uses of this property.
On Tuesday evening March 22nd, 2022 at 7PM the Village will hold a public information meeting focused on the newly acquired 325 Prospect Avenue property. Specifically, the meeting will introduce the newly formed ‘325 Committee’ and share information about activities to date, current conceptual plans, and gather feedback from our residents on potential uses for this property. The meeting will be held upstairs at Village Hall for in person attendance and will also be broadcast via Livestream.
This meeting is for information sharing purposes only and is the first of more events to be held before any decisions are reached as to the future use of this property. Residents are also encouraged to go to watch a short video created by the 325 Committee of the property, fill out a questionnaire, and get on the 325 Committee’s mailing list.
