            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

Place:             Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:          Application of Philip and Michele O’Hara, 127 17th Avenue, Sea Cliff, for (a) site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a parking area, and (b) a fence permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to construct a 6 foot high retaining wall.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 153, Lot 155 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

            Application of Sal Malguarnera, 18 Tanglewood Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for (a) site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a swimming pool and retaining walls, and (b) a fence permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to construct a 5 foot high retaining wall.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 89, Lot 67 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

            Application of Calogero Mannino, as owner, and Pezzi Pizza, Inc., as tenant, 500 Glen Cove Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for a fence permit pursuant to Village Code Chapter 64, to construct a 6 foot high PVC fence with garbage enclosure.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block, 41, Lot 71 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

            Application of Michael Klausmeier, 61 9th Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to partially demolish an existing building and rebuild in kind.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lot 591 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

            Application of Lindsey Berger,37 Woodridge Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a 16 by 36 foot swimming pool.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block L, Lot 95 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
