PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

 

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:

 

Agency:           Planning Board, Village of Sea Cliff

Date:               December 8, 2021

Time:               7:00 pm

Place:              Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York

 

Subject:           Application of Margaret Himes, 13 Tanglewood Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Village Code, to permit the regrading of the rear of the property.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lot 112 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

            Application of Anil Samtani, 9 Central Park Street, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 64 of the Village Code, to permit up to six (6) foot high fencing in a front yard, where no such fencing may be higher than four (4) feet, and in locations within 15 feet of a curb cut or intersection no higher than three (3) feet.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 148, Lot 671 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

Application of Gary Malin, 11 Preston Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for approval pursuant to Chapter 64 of the Village Code to repair a collapsed wall with a tiered retaining wall, with fencing, in excess of four (4) feet in height.  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 127, Lot 315 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

            Application of PMG Northeast, LLC c/o Blue Hills Fuels LLC, 700 Glen Cove Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, for (a) site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107 to permit an elevated parking area on the northern side of the premises, and (b) a determination of required minimum on-site parking, in accordance with Village Code §138-1002(S).  Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lots 79-85 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.

 

At the said time and place, all interested persons may be heard with respect to the foregoing matters.  All relevant documents may be inspected at the office of the Village Clerk, Village Hall, 300 Sea Cliff Avenue, Sea Cliff, New York, during regular business hours.

 

            Any person having a disability which would inhibit attendance at, or participation in, the hearing should notify the Village Clerk at least three business days prior to the hearing, so that reasonable efforts may be made to facilitate such attendance and participation.
