PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held as to the following matter:
Agency: Planning Board, Village of Sea Cliff

- Application of Eleftherios Elias, 17 Club Road, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a new single family dwelling with associated improvements. Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lot 529 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
- Application of Jamie and Jennifer Weil, 15 Tanglewood Lane, Sea Cliff, New York, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a new circular driveway section. Premises are designated as Section 21, Block M, Lot 111 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
- Application of Allison Moss, 82 Downing Avenue, Sea Cliff, for site plan approval pursuant to Village Code Chapter 107, to construct a swimming pool. Premises are designated as Section 21, Block 105, Lot 13 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
Due to public health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Orders, including, without limitation, Executive Orders 202.1, 202.10 and 202.15, the Board will not be meeting in person on June 9, 2020. The meeting and the public hearings will take place via teleconferencing and videoconferencing through Zoom. The meeting will be recorded and a transcription will be provided at a later date.

Through Zoom, the public will have the opportunity to see and hear the meetings and hearings live. Any interested member of the public may provide public comments by following the procedure herein. The Board will accept and consider public comments submitted by email no later than 4:00pm on June 12, 2020. Public comments are to be submitted by email to [email protected]. Public comments must identify the application to which the comments apply.
The Board will consider applications and may make final decisions at a meeting that will be scheduled to be held not less than one (1) week after the conclusion of a public hearing on an application. Prior to rendering a determination, the Board will consider all timely submitted documents.
