Road Opening Requests

The Village of Sea Cliff has rules, regulations, and conditions pertaining to permits for work within Village Roads and the the Rights-of-Way of Village Roads. Any person, firm, and/or public utility desiring to perform any work, on the Village right-of-way, including overhead, surface or underground facility shall apply for a permit upon forms prescribed by the Village.
